Robert J Boxwell Jr.
Mr. Boxwell is a director of Opera Advisors and a visiting research fellow in the Faculty of Business and Accounting at the University of Malaysia. He has over 30 years
of hands-on business experience in professional services, education, and retail. He is a published case writer for the Harvard Business School and other academic and professional organizations
and the author of Benchmarking for Competitive Advantage, (McGraw-Hill, New York). Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Hartford and the MBA from Harvard
Business School.

Dr. H.G. Parsa
Dr. Parsa is a Professor of hospitality management at the University of Central Florida. He has published / presented more than 125 research papers in business and hospitality
journals. He has won numerous national and international awards including John Wiley & Sons Lifetime Research Excellence Award. Dr. Parsa has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal,
Fortune, NPR, PBS Television, Business Week, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, and more than 55 regional newspapers. H.G. offers valuable insights in the areas of Pricing Strategies and
Behavior Considerations; Sustainability; Green practices; Corporate Social Responsibility; Franchising / Restaurant Multiunit Management and Strategic Marketing in Hospitality.

Dr. Mark Traylor
Dr. Traylor received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Michigan State University in 1979, with a major in Marketing and minors in Finance and Psychometrics. His
research expertise includes survey and experimental research design, questionnaire design, and multivariate statistics. He has written articles for a number of marketing, research
and advertising journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of Advertising, Psychology & Marketing, and the Journal of Consumer
Marketing. He has also served as an expert witness in cases of deceptive advertising, design patent infringement, and the generic status of brand names.

Brian Baker, President
Before founding Insula Research, Inc., Mr. Baker rose to the top ranks of some of the largest research firms in the nation. His credits include Vice President of Operations
of Sparagowski & Associates and, later, the Vice President & General Manager of the Audit Division of g3. He attended Ohio University for his undergraduate degree in Business Management
and received his MBA in Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis from his alma mater.
Brian’s depth of knowledge and competitive insightfulness are the driving factor behind the Insula brand. His laser-focus determination and service-above-self attitude
shows in everything that we do.
