Insula Research is a Columbus, OH-based market research company that is growing bigger and bigger every day. We are currently accepting resumes for many positions, including
several openings for a Recruiter. Summary of essential job functions
• Recruit independent contractors to use for market research project, including mystery shopping, auditing and interviewing
• Actively locate new workers by posting online ads, developing flyers and encouraging positive word-of-mouth referrals
• Negotiate pay rates when needed, including arranging for travel expenses and awarding bonuses
• Responsible for covering each open assignment in a designated area
• Interact on a regular basis with contractors in order to maintain a positive working relationship with them
Requirements
• High school graduate required, with preference towards some higher education
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
• Ability to quickly learn new computer programs essential
• Understanding of market research concepts, practices and procedures helpful, but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the skills needed to interact with contractors and facilitate a long-term relationship between
them and Insula of the utmost importance
• Call center experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
